Every product sold by AVFOX is 100% genuine and comes with a valid manufacturer (brand) warranty, where applicable. This page explains how warranty works on your AV and hi-fi purchases.

Warranty Coverage

Warranty is provided by the respective brand, and the period and terms vary by manufacturer and product. The applicable warranty duration is generally stated on the product page or in the manufacturer's documentation included with your product. Warranty typically covers manufacturing defects and component failures under normal use.

What Is Not Covered

Physical damage, drops, or impact.
Liquid or moisture damage.
Damage from misuse, incorrect voltage, power surges, or improper installation.
Normal wear and tear (e.g., ear pads, cables, batteries beyond their stated life).
Products opened, modified, or repaired by unauthorised persons.
Products with removed, altered, or missing serial numbers.

We stock genuine products from leading AV and Hi-Fi brands. Warranty for each is honoured through the respective brand's service network in India.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Contact us at [support@avfox.in] or [+91 XXXXX XXXXX] with your order number, the product's serial number, and a description of the issue (with photos or video where helpful).
We will guide you through the process and, depending on the brand, either coordinate with the manufacturer's authorised service centre or direct you to the nearest one.
Keep your original tax invoice safe — it is required to validate any warranty claim.

Dead-on-Arrival (DOA)
