Returns & Refund Policy

At AV Fox, we deal exclusively in premium, high-end audio-visual equipment sourced directly from authorized brand channels. Given the nature of the products we carry, our returns policy is designed to be fair, transparent and focused on resolution.

Order Cancellation

If your order has been placed but not yet dispatched, you may request a cancellation. Upon confirmation of cancellation, we will issue 100% store credit which can be applied toward any other product on AV Fox. Please note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

We do not offer cash refunds once an order has been placed and confirmed. All resolutions are handled via store credit. This is standard practice for authorized dealers of high-end AV equipment in India.

Returns

Not all products are eligible for return given the nature of premium audio-visual equipment. To initiate a return request, please email us at avfox.in@gmail.com with your order ID, the reason for return, and clear photographs showing the condition of the product. Our team will respond within 48 hours with an update or resolution.

Please note: All return and store credit queries are handled exclusively via email. Our team is not in a position to process return requests over phone calls or text messages.

Defective or Damaged Products

In the event that you receive a defective or damaged unit, we will arrange a replacement with an identical unit at no extra cost to you. If we are unable to source a replacement within 30 to 45 days, we will issue full store credit for the value of the product.

Warranty

  • Warranty terms are as specified by the respective brand for each product.
  • Warranty becomes void if the product has been opened, tampered with, or serviced by an unauthorized person or service center.
  • Please retain your original sales invoice — it is required to make any warranty claim.
  • Warranty is applicable within the Republic of India only, unless stated otherwise for a specific product.
