AVFOX ships across India. This policy explains how we process, pack, and deliver your orders. All prices on avfox.in are inclusive of 18% GST.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within [1–3 business days] of payment confirmation. Orders are not dispatched on Sundays or public holidays. During sales, new launches, or peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.

We deliver to most pin codes across India.

High-Value & Fragile Items

Because we ship premium audio-visual equipment, larger and high-value items are carefully packed and may be shipped insured, with signature required on delivery. We recommend inspecting the package on arrival and reporting any visible damage immediately (see our Return & Refund Policy).

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will share tracking details by email and/or SMS/WhatsApp so you can follow your shipment.

Failed or Delayed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate. If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or repeated failed attempts, additional charges or delays may apply. Reshipping may incur extra shipping fees.
